Ever since we came to existence into this world, we realized Life’s expedition is not an easy voyage... Some gave up easily even when they were almost there, some never tried but they watched and depended earnestly on the success of others while there are some of us like myself who believes in trying none stop until you have achieved all the success in life that you worked very hard for. Being talent or multi-talented gets you nowhere no matter how skilled you are, it’s the driving force within you… The force that keep saying DON’T STOP! “I won’t stop.” Whether you knew me from Dinthill Technical High as ‘Ambrose Skull’ from the entertainment world as ‘Amaziyah The Great’ or you closely know me by my given name Craig Kirkland, there are few things you will realize about me… I am always doing something creative, positive and progressive, I will even support you all when me nuh know yuh. Some know me as a visual artist who does landscape paintings, sign arts etc. Some know me as a graphic artist who designed some awesome event flyers locally and internationally. You also might see me in the parties around #Jamaica snapping pics of beautiful women, entertainers and regular patrons. How could I forget about videography? Some people know me as de videoman. Yeah man, dem see me at dem weddings, funerals, parties and even shooting music videos… Okay I tried so many things, people might often wonder why I haven’t reached further than where I am today, I hear all sorts of remarks which includes… “Focus on one ting bredda!” “Dem obeah yuh my yute!” “Yuh distracted!” and I could go on and on but my one question is… HOW MUCH DO YOU SUPPORT? What are you doing to support? Not just supporting me but how much do you support others? So you said, “Yeah mon me links, me deh yah fey uh me fren, full support,” Please! Have you ever bought my cd? Have you even liked my facebook fanpage or shared my music on your wall? I was at your event a few months ago… Never saw you at mine. I remember clearly as we were in our adolescent years I used to share me dumplings an butter and watched you hastily ate, you emphasized how hot and delicious to your taste buds it was, you even drank all my friggin lemonade, but it’s okay… We support each other, wait a minute! Do you? 15 years came and went like yesterday, good to see you back in Jamaica but I never expect you to be bragging about your expensive Champaign and lobster you had earlier for lunch… Me still a nyam de tin mackerel an rice awah? Anyway let me cut all this short before you get bored… In the name of #TeamSupport I really need you all on this, November 22nd Spanish Town Jamaica will unleash some of the finest unseen talents locally and internationally.
